Technical parameters

Use method

■ PVA Microfiber can be added in the concrete mixing station, and the mixing time should be extended appropriately to make the fiber disperse evenly.

■ The range of PVA Microfiber content is 0.6-1.8kg/m³, and the recommended content is 1kg/m³.

Packaging mode

■ PVA Microfiber independent packaging, 1kg/ bag or specific design packaging according to the actual needs of customers.

■ PVA Microfiber products are kept away from heat and moisture.

Quality standard and certification

■ PVA Microfiber production conforms to ISO9001 quality management certification system.

■ Pioneer fiber series products are not included in the list of dangerous goods stipulated by 1272/2008/EC.

Matters needing attention

■ The plastic bag should not be fed directly, the package should be unpacked first, and then the fiber should be poured into the blender.

■ PVA Microfiber is completely physical in concrete and does not change the mix proportion of the original concrete.
