Basalt Microfiber is a kind of high-performance inorganic short-cut fiber, which is refined from natural basalt. It is mainly used to solve the common problems of durability and early damage of asphalt pavement. It is an effective measure to improve the performance of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of asphalt pavement.

The range of Basalt Microfiber content is 3～5kg/ ton of asphalt mixture, and the specific dosage is determined according to the day and night traffic volume and the location of use.
Use method
■ The construction process is basically the same as without fiber, as long as the fiber and aggregate are added to the mixer at the same time, dry mix with aggregate for 30 seconds, and then wet mix with asphalt for 30 seconds.
■ It is suitable for the rolling of ordinary paving equipment without adding other equipment.
Packaging mode
Basalt Microfiber is packed in colored plastic bags with independent small packaging, which can be designed according to the actual needs of customers.

■ Basalt Microfiber production conforms to ISO9001 quality management certification system.
■ Pioneer fiber series products are not included in the list of dangerous goods stipulated by 1272/2008/EC.
