Rows of Steel Fiber is a kind of engineering short-cut fiber, which is mainly used for shotcrete to prevent concrete from rebound, and can also be used for crack resistance of concrete structures.
Product application
Rows of Steel Fiber can satisfy both dry spray and wet spray process at the same time. It has good dispersibility in sprayed concrete mixture.
Rows of Steel Fiber can be used in shotcrete projects such as tunnel lining, thin-walled structure, slope reinforcement and so on.
Technological advantage
■ The use of high-quality steel wire cold-drawn to ensure minimal tolerance and cold-drawn strength.
■ The unique water-soluble glue binds the hook-shaped fibers of a single steel wire into rows to ensure that the fibers are uniformly dispersed when the concrete is mixed.

Use method
■ The recommended amount of sprayed concrete is 0.4-0.8% of the volume of concrete.
■ The coarse aggregate, such as pebbles, is directly added to the mixer, and the mixing time is appropriately extended to make the fiber disperse evenly.

Rows of Steel Fiber independent packaging, 25kg/ bag or specific design packaging according to the actual needs of customers.
