Rimix Structure Fiber is a kind of engineering crude fiber, which can be called PP structural fiber as well. This Structural macro fiber is synthesized from polypropylene and less polyethylene. The product is not only has the function of steel fiber, but also has the advantages of synthetic fiber, which is mainly used to replace steel fiber, improve the strength of shotcrete structure and anti-rebound.

Use method
■ The range of Rimix Structure Fiber content is 3-5kg/m³, and the recommended content is 4kg/m³.
■ When Rimix Structure Fiber is added to the concrete mixing station, the mixing time should be appropriately extended to make the fiber disperse evenly.
Packaging mode
Rimix Structure Fiber is packed in color plastic bags, net weight 10kg/ bag or designed according to the actual needs of customers.
Quality standard and certification
■ Rimix structure fiber production conforms to ISO9001 quality management certification system.
■ Rimix structure fiber series fibers are not included in the list of dangerous goods specified by 1272/2008/EC.
Matters needing attention
■ The plastic bag should not be fed directly, the package should be unpacked first, and then the fiber should be poured into the mixer according to the mix ratio.
■ Rimix Structure Fiber is completely physical in concrete and does not change the mix proportion of the original concrete.
